wasn't very specific in the activation, but I did get it to work.

disconnect from the internet. enter enough random info to fill all the little boxes then click "offline activation".
run the keygen, and use whatever number it comes up with. disable updates in the software.\n
the keygen will show up as a virus, so I had to disable norton for 15 minits. my system seems to be clean tho after a couple full scans.\n
