Yes it is possible but then you bitrate starve the video and any section of the episode that has a camera pan or fast moving action pixelates or stutters..

200MB for a 720p 42 min file is as low as i am willing to go to maintain a good level of quality , specially with a show that is filmed in such dark sets and with fast moving actors(both which require higher bitrates or they look like shit.)

720p which is 1280x720 ... Thats right a true 720p file in 200 MB file , welcome to the new age of HEVC encodes please ensure your media player is updated as old players will have trouble playing a HEVC file.
