I found this after hours of searching. This is the best available ebook version of the book(Not the kindle one) online. Other versions have been copied from websites presenting the content of the book itself with a damn annoying header of their site. This version on the other hand is like the printed version. This is the US version of the book(Not the Asian one). A new hard copy costs a lot, so I am uploading it.
The credit for original uploading goes to www.plentyofbooks.net but, that domain doesn't exist anymore so the original source doesn't exist anymore.
