Hey the fps is good when running the game on windows 8.1 but try to set your resolution to 1920x1080 im running it like that and im getting 60fps constantly without dropping

or try to set godreys off by settings cause allot of ppl claim its that setting thats giving low fps ...try it and see if it gives you a diffrence in frames per second ...
