How to change MENU language to ENGLISH ???

It is only during installation that the language is in Russian. Play the game and it is in English by default. The game works fine, by the way.

What are the present DLC's ?? I didn't think there was going to be any DLC's for this... the 360 and PS3 versions didn't have DLC
