having alot of trouble i get the "localization.lang" file open it with notepad and this is what i get 䅌䝎᐀ကĂ i know you said remove the " from around the word eng but it is in japanese. please assist what am i doing wrong?

i just erased it and typed lang eng and saved it now it is working in english sorry for the noob question.
