Disable your network card. (This is just to disable online registration).
The app will tell you that an Internet connection is required.
Click Enable again.
Click I have an activation code from Autodesk.

Run-xf adsk2016_x64.exe.
Click Patch (you should see successfully patched).

In the keygen:
Paste your code.
Click Generate.

Copy the Activation code and paste it in the Autodesk activation screen and click Next.

You have an Autodesk product fully activated.
