just tested mine, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and all is still fine, let it up date then activate the firewall manually, some pc's never turn them on at first run, avira being the worst for this. also did you install the key during installation or after as its best to do it when the installation is running, if still not working go to the products site and download the latest version (trial version) and use the key to fully activate it during the installation (it asks if you have a valid key file, select the file (key) from where you have saved it then let it continue to install. works every time for me
