According to the audio specifications for this specific file, the primary language for this file is in fact English, so it may be that your player is set to a different language. Also, one player that I find works extremely well and is absolutely free is The KM Player. I also use Power ISO and just set up a virtual drive, mount the image and play it direct rather than decompressing/unzipping and burning it. To do this, I (again) use Power ISO, set a virtual drive, mount the image, then in The KM Player, select Open File(s): and select the first video file found in the BDMV/Stream directory.
Oh and this download is GREAT! Marvelous video quality, great audio and it works perfectly fine! It ran in English for me, and only chugged along at the beginning and whenever I skip anywhere within it. Also, the audio loses synch anytime I skip, but both of those problems are due to the fact that I am running it on a way outdated stock system with only 1 GB RAM and an integrated video card. Even then, once it gets playing, it plays absolutely fine all the way through.
