Go into Contents/MacOS and replace with [k'd]

You should copy the crack (even if it is a Document file) as it is in the Torrent, following the instructions that you will find inside the Torrent (in the “install.txt” file). And then, convert that Document file to a Unix file following the instruction in my previous post.

For those of you having problems opening Sibelius, once the app is installed, and after you have copied the crack as per the instructions, check and try this:

Once installed in your Applications folder, right click “Sibelius” and then:

Show Package Contents > Contents > MacOS > Sibelius 7.5

1. The file “Sibelius 7.5” is the crack you should have already copied instead of the original one.
2. Right click that file (“Sibelius 7.5”) and select “Get info”.
3. In the info panel look at: General > Kind. If it says “Document”, that’s wrong, it has to say “Unix Executable File”, in this case, continue with point 4.
4. Open a Terminal window: Applications > Utilities > Terminal.
5. Type this: chmod +x
6. After the “x” there must be a space AND do not press enter yet.
7. Drag and drop the file “Sibelius 7.5” next to the text in point 5 (within the Terminal window).
8. Press enter.
9. Close the Terminal window.
10. Open Sibelius 7.5.

In answer to the complaints about this not working:
I have AGAIN checked on the release site and two other well known audio forums and no problems reported?

I am at a loss as too why you are having difficulties.
Maybe another MAC user who has this installed and working can comment here?
