I can't speak for this release, but I have a 1080p release which is 98 min long. If you pay attention you can barely see her nipples at times (e.g. at opening credits end).
The only chance to see Babarella nude is when she enters the changing room immediately after the talk with Dianthus. At this point you can see her full back nudity in the distance but only for one second or less.
I believe there is no less censored version.
