For j-tag users using external hdd, go to the file manager and create a folder named 454109E0 on the 0000000000000000 bin (on the internal hdd). This is were all your "extra content" of games should be. Then copy the 2 files inside the 454109E0 from this download to that bin you created and keep the rest of the download on your external hdd. No need to other programs or other conversions, this is already converted on god (thats why its not 16 gb). If you did it right it will not ask you to insert other dvd´s or say that "you need to install 3.5 gb or extra content" cause you already did it manualy. Hope i will not need to make a tutorial xD
