Battleground: Bulge-Ardennes is the first game to be released in the Battleground series. It was developed and published by TalonSoft and released in 1995.

Battleground: Ardennes brings your regular old dining room table based wargame to the PC. In doing so it has nice graphics, and nice maps, but everything moves like a counter on the hex map used to - and that isn't a bad thing. I enjoyed this game a lot, and played through all the scenarios and the missions. Highly recommended for anyone that likes old school board wargaming.
