You upload good stuff and I regret not being able to get it.

The usual client I noticed that works well with webseeds was Transmission-Qt. If you don't use your client much for torrenting maybe you could try the windows version...otherwise, I only use web-seeds because I'm assured my torrents will stay alive for atleast 2-3 years before It stops seeding.
