One fateful traffic accident brings together the lives of a wanted criminal, a police sergeant, a public prosecutor and her daughter. Little girl Yee is killed by Fei (Nicholas Tse), a brave cop, when he was fighting with the bandits. Yee's twin sister, Ling, is taken hostage by the same group of criminals.
