Become anonymous on both Kali and Windows at the same time (Only for NOOBS)

So I was on youtube no so long ago just looking at some videos, I noticed anon videos were very popular as everyone these days are seeking some sort of anonymity. So I but this together for the "NOOB"

Please take note - You are never really anonymous online.
They can always find you. So be careful or better yet be good :D
