I love H.265 and I do have Winrar, but zipping up a "video file" is an extremely suspicious situation. I have no clue what is in that .rar file. It could be just a video file or a video file and several other files like notecards or urls the uploader wants to be a dick and force people to download all in 1 file or it could be a nasty virus. Stop being a shady mother fucker and let people see what they are downloading.
