rarbg is one of the only uploaders out there that loads them in high quality and 1080p - I am forever grateful. Thank you very much!
Thanks.
It was one of then best so far I loved it.
How is the PhrostY file so small and it's 1920x1080 (uTorrent says it's actually 1916x1076 but that's only a 4x4 difference) and this file is nearly 4 GIGS for the same episode? Is it the sound encoded or something? I've never seen a 47 minute episode of a show be 3.88 GB before...confused a lil' but don't get me wrong, I LOVE me some rarbg dl's! I get nearly ALL movies from there but if anybody knows the answer on why the size is so large I'd love to know. Thanks!
Sound is 1.5mgps DTS
The size of the file is related to several factors, mainly: resolution, bitrate, stream size and codec used for encoding. These factors work together to provide a specific level of quality. The higher the quality, the bigger the file.

In this case, according to the technical information on the description, the stream size is 3.59 GiB (93%), meaning it preserves 93% of the original source without significant loss of quality, in addition the bitrate is 10.9 Mbps. Bitrate is the amount of information each frame contains. The higher the bitrate, the more information the video contains, which makes for higher video quality and thus a larger file size. According to Google a standard quality upload bitrate for Youtube of a file at a resolution of 1080p is 8 Mbps. (source: http://goo.gl/LO8uMb)

Also the file is encoded with H.264/AAC, if it were encoded with the new HEVC/H.265 codec, the file could retain the same quality and it would be much smaller.
well done
Thanks, perfect
