Description

Beyond Enemy Lines depicts the Continuation war between Finland and Russia (1941-1944) through the eyes of 2nd lieutenant Harry Järv and his Swedish speaking infantry regiment 61. It is based on actual events by Järv´s book about the war. The director of the movie, Åke lindman is known for his realistic and extremely well made war movies, such as this one and Tali-Ihantala 1944.

Excellent A/V on a 23" screen.

Interesting film; includes some 2003 interview footage of some of the soldiers involved (a little like Band of Brothers does at the beginning of each episode).
