Information:"BIGBANG" is BIGBANG's debut Korean single.
It was released in a CD+DVD format only with a G-Dragon's reversal film as a gift. The song "We Belong Together" features 2NE1's Park Bom in her debut as a singer. The song "This Love" is a Korean cover of Maroon 5's song of the same name, only sung by G-Dragon, who also re-wrote, re-composed and re-arranged the song.

BIG BANG - HOT ISSUE [2007.11.23]

South Korean band Big Bang of YG entertainment released their 2nd mini-album, Hot Issue in 2007. G-Dragon, Kush and also help from Brave Brothers, composed the songs.

2nd LIVE Concert: The GREAT LIVE Concert CD is BIGBANG's second live album. It was recorded from 2007.12.28 to 2007.12.30 at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena during BIGBANG's "The Great" live tour. The first song of the album is a medley including BIGBANG's "Crazy Dog" and Seo Taiji & Boys's "Huansang Sogae Goodae". The song Wild Wild West is a mixed cover as it contains BIGBANG's How Gee's lyrics and Will Smith's Wild Wild West music and lyrics.

BIG BANG - Remember [2008.11.05]

Remember is the second Korean album by South Korean boy band Big Bang, released by YG Entertainment. Some of the songs were written and composed by the members themselves, most notably G-Dragon. The album included a cover of Lee Moon Sae's hit "Sunset Glow" ("붉은노을"wink.gif, which served as their first single. Also included are an acoustic version of "Day by Day" ("하루하루"wink.gif, and remixes of "Lies" ("거짓말"wink.gif and "Last Farewell" ("마지막 인사"wink.gif. The title track, "Remember", is the Korean version of the same track featured in their Japanese album Number 1.

The album also features a solo song by Seungri, "Strong Baby", that was released as the second single.

BIG BANG - Big Bang [2009.08.19]

BIGBANG is BIGBANG's second Japanese album. It was released in two editions, CD Only and CD+DVD. CD+DVD edition comes housed in a special package. As difference from BIGBANG's previous Japanese albums, BIGBANG contains only original Japanese songs, except for "Baby Baby" and "Always" which are Japanese versions of the original Korean songs. The album was re-released in March, 2010 in a 2CD edition, titled "BIGBANG + Live Tracks". The first CD of this re-release contains the same tracklist as the original album and the second CD contains four live songs recorded at the Nippon Budokan, on their last date of their second Japanese tour, "Electric Love Tour".

BIGBANG 4th Mini-Album is BIGBANG's fourth Korean mini-album. It was released as their Korean comeback, as it was the first release that they would actively promote in Korea since the release of their first Japanese album Number 1 (October 2008). As apposed to YG Entertainment's 2010-2011 trend to promote more than one track at once, only the song "Tonight" was used as lead track. The song "Hands Up" is a Korean version of the original Japanese version included on their fourth Japanese single Tell Me Goodbye. The song "Somebody to Love" is a Korean version of the Japanese song "SOMEBODY TO LUV", included on their fifth Japanese single "BEAUTIFUL HANGOVER".

지난 1년간 발자취와 더욱 넓어진 음악적 스펙트럼을 목격하는 순간,
빅뱅 [Special Edition]

몇 년 전만 해도 아이돌 가수의 음악성에 대해서 논한다는 건 우스운 일이었다. 그들의 태생 자체가 음악보다는 인기에 초점이 맞춰져 있었기 때문이다. 그룹 빅뱅은 이러한 선입관을 단번에 바꾼 이들이다. 빅뱅은 단순히 주어진 노래를 부르는 수동적인 아이돌에서 한 단계 더 나아가 힙합, 알앤비, 일렉트로니카 등 해당 장르에 대한 음악적 이해가 선행되고 그룹 내에서 작사, 작곡, 프로듀싱을 해결할 수 있는 능력을 갖추며, ‘진화한 아이돌’로서 가능성을 증명했다. 더불어 2006년 데뷔한 이래 그룹의 앨범과 싱글은 물론, 멤버들의 솔로 앨범까지 이들이 쏟아낸 엄청난 양의 결과물은 빅뱅이 얼마나 부지런하게 움직이고 음악적인 활동에 충실한 그룹인가를 여실히 보여준다.

최초 어반 알앤비와 힙합에 중심을 뒀던 빅뱅의 음악은 일렉트로니카와 결합을 지나 지난 네 번째 미니앨범을 통해 좀 더 다양한 스타일의 음악으로 스펙트럼이 넓어졌다. 이번에 발표되는 ‘스페셜 에디션’ 앨범은 지난 1년간 빅뱅이 발표한 대표곡들(솔로 포함)을 모은 것으로 바로 이러한 음악적 변화의 시기를 고스란히 담아낸 작품이라고 할 수 있다. 앨범에서 가장 먼저 눈에 띄는 곡은 신곡이자 더블 타이틀곡인 “Love Song”과 “Stupid Liar”이다. 지드래곤과 테디가 공동으로 작사, 작곡한 “Love Song”은 일렉트로니카 리듬과 모던 록적인 요소가 절묘하게 결합한 트랙으로 여유로운 편곡과 세련된 보컬 어레인지가 돋보이는 곡이다. 그런가 하면, “Stupid Liar”는 프로덕션은 물론, 보컬의 멜로디 라인에서 좀 더 대중친화적인 면이 감지되는 곡으로 특히, 후렴구의 중독성이 상당한 트랙이다. 또 다른 신곡 “Baby Don’t Cry”는 지난 2월에 열린 빅뱅 단독콘서트에서만 공개됐던 대성의 솔로곡으로 차분하고 감성적인 보컬과 멜로디가 여운을 남긴다.

이상 3곡의 신곡이 이번 앨범이 지니는 가치의 절반을 차지한다면, 나머지 절반은 지난 1년간 발표됐던 보석 같은 트랙들의 차지다. 클럽튠 힙합 사운드와 일렉트로니카 결합의 짜릿함을 선사한 미니 앨범 4집 타이틀곡 “Tonight”과 흩뿌려지는 드럼, 후렴구의 브라스 섹션, 감각적인 보컬 라인이 삼합을 이룬 “Café”, 그리고 미니멀한 소스로 완성한 일렉트로니카 “Somebody To Love”, 지드래곤과 TOP가 팀을 이룬 랩 유닛 GD&TOP의 1집에 수록됐던 일렉트로-합 트랙 “High High”와 “Oh Yeah”, 어반 알앤비의 진수를 선사하며 팬들의 기대를 저버리지 않았던 태양의 “I Need A Girl”, 유로 하우스에 한국적인 감성을 얹은 승리의 “어쩌라고” 등에서 지난 1년간 빅뱅의 발자취를 고스란히 느낄 수 있다.

BIG BANG - ALIVE [2012.02.29]

ALIVE is BIGBANG's fifth Korean mini-album. It was released in six versions (one per member and a BIGBANG edition), each one including a different booklet, case, and YG family card. All six songs featured on the mini-album (except for the introduction track) will be used as lead tracks.

The mini-album was then later released as their fourth Japanese studio album, and first under YGEX. The Japanese version was released in five editions, a limited "complete box", two CD+DVD editions, a CD Only edition, and a special "complete box" only available at Lawson and HMV stores. The latter edition came with an exclusive facetowel with "WELCOME BACK!!!!!" printed on it, and a take out bag featuring the BIGBANG logo. First press editions for the CD only and two CD+DVD editions came with a sleave case and a 'tall case' for the CD+DVD editions.
