Wikipedia:
William "Billy Boy" Arnold (born September 16, 1935, Chicago, Illinois) is an American blues harmonica player, singer and songwriter.
Born in Chicago, he began playing harmonica as a child, and in 1948 received informal lessons from his near neighbour John Lee "Sonny Boy" Williamson, shortly before the latter's death. Arnold made his recording debut in 1952 with "Hello Stranger" on the small Cool label, the record company giving him the nickname "Billy Boy".

Amazon.com Review by Geoffrey Himes:
Billy Boy Arnold was the first major Chicago blues figure who was actually born and raised in the Windy City and hadn't simply moved up from the South. As a teenager, Arnold got personal harmonica lessons from the first Sonny Boy Williamson and joined Bo Diddley's street-corner band. He was only 19 when he recorded his first single in 1955, however, and at a surprisingly youthful 57 last year, he recorded his first album in 16 years, "Back Where I Belong." Arnold hasn't lost anything to the years. He still blows his mouth harp in the wah-wah riff style of his mentor Williams, and his vocals have grown deeper, darker and fuller with age.

AllMusic Review by Bill Dahl:
Recorded in Los Angeles with a crew of young acolytes offering spot-on backing (guitarists Zach Zunis and Rick Holmstrom acquit themselves well), Arnold eases back into harness with a remake of "I Wish You Would" before exposing some fine new originals (the Chuck Berry-styled rocker "Move on Down the Road" is a stomping standout) and an homage to his old mentor Sonny Boy (a romping "Shake the Boogie").
