Blender 2.46 Final Release for Windows

Blender 2.46 was released not long ago, and packs a ton of new features, including a completely rewritten particle system, as well as a new image browser, cloth simulation, and more.

This is the final release for Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, and Vista. It was built on Python 2.5, which, if you don't have it, can be downloaded for free at python.org/download
