Why can't you just use the right file extension for zips? Or even better, put standard mp3 files in a subfolder? People like you make torrents such a pain.

just realized my comments about zip/zab/vlc were on another torrent.
vlc plays zip files (without unzipping them first), but it will ALSO play zab files without renaming them to zip's and unzipping them)

Thanks. .zab files can be played with VLC. Just wonder why not use mp3?

actually they are mp3's, just zipped the whole audio book directory with it's internal mp3's, and renamed the zip file to zab, to reverse that just rename zab to zip
why? some operating systems treat zip files oddly\n
there are a few situations where the audiobook is in another format (m4a comes to mind) but vlc player plays those just fine too) so to me ZAB for (Z)ipped (A)udio (B)ook just made sense (for me) to uniqely suffix/extension zipped files that just happen to be audio books

sure, .zab = Zipped Audio Book (just rename it back to zip and it works fine under windows)
why?, not all operating systems treat zip files the same, i wanted a file extension that would uniquely identify Zipped Audio Books and worked across platforms... zab (Zipped Audio Book) made logical sense for a name
