Recently widowed Sheriff Wes Clayton (played by Richard Dutcher), who also happens to be one of the town's Mormon Bishops, is put in a horrible ordeal after more victims begin to surface, for he must protect the town lawfully and spiritually from the world outside "Brigham City."
