Bringing Out The Dead (1999)

Director: Martin Scorsese

Bringing Out the Dead is a 1999 drama film directed by Martin Scorsese, and based on the novel by Joe Connelly with the screenplay by Paul Schrader. The film stars Nicolas Cage, Ving Rhames, John Goodman, Tom Sizemore and Patricia Arquette.

Nicolas Cage plays EMS paramedic Frank Pierce. It is the early 1990's and New York has not yet undergone its renaissance of recent years. Surrounded by the injured and the dying, Frank is dwelling in an urban night-world, crumbling under the accumulated weight of too many years of saving and losing lives. The film follows Frank over the course of fifty six hours in his life two days and three nights on the job as he reaches the very brink of spiritual collapse and redemption.

Good movie, a bit depressing and dark but good. Thanks!
Thanks.
great movie, thanks
I downloaded and compared all rips of this movie (including Dino, rock&bluladyrg, scenetime 2,17G and one 1,02G) and BigDADe's has the highest video quality for sure. For a DVD it's high quality, 720x384. Too bad no BD seems to exist. Very good movie.
Martin Scorsese did a great job - excellent film, great quality too.
thanks uploader
Good stuff/thanks uploader
That was strange even for Nicolas Cage it's not really what I would call a rave but well worth watching anyway. Thanks to the poster.
Good DVD quality, thanks
