thanks. patch is made with zeusoft patch maker using the byte pattern included in the nfo file. you could make your own patch with zeusoft patch maker and find out what your antivirus has to say about that, or you could apply the hex changes with a hex editor. it might be necessary to use xvi32, you'll have to change the question marks to something like AA or EE, if there are any. as i recall, it's just a jump, pretty easy to patch, check out the nfo file, use a hex editor like 010 editor and search for the hex pattern, then replace the hex pattern, save the file.

you should also realize that you are enforcing anti-piracy through the use of anti-virus software when it flags purchasing workaround patches as trojan. crack some software sometime, make a patch, find out for yourself.
