The Buggles (Geoff Downes & Trevor Horn) only recorded two albums in their shortlived career, but will live in infamy not only with their classic song "Video Killed The Radio Star" but also the video accompnaying the song was the FIRST video to play on a then brand new Music Video TV Channel called MTV Introduced by then VJ Mark Goodman on August 1, 1981 12:01am EST. While "The Age Of Plastic" enjoyed moderate success in the US charts, the bands second (and final) effort "Adventures In Modern Recording" released two years later was initially only issued in Japan on CD. It has long since been out of print & and very hard to come by. In 2002 saw the release of BOTH Buggles albums on a single CD.
