This guide is the second in a series of documents on neutral grounding in electric utility systems. Part II covers the considerations and practices relating to the grounding of synchronous generator systems. Emphasis in this guide is to be directed toward the grounding of synchronous generator systems in electric utility systems. Generator grounding practices used in industrial systems are covered in other guides and standards.
