THE FIX
1)Go to Control Panel---Network Sharing Center---Internet Options
2)Go to Security Tab
3)Click Internet and then Custom level
4)Scroll down to Launching applications and unsafe files and change to Prompt then click OK
5)Click Local Intranet and click Sites
6)Deselect all and click OK
7)Click Custom Level
8)Scroll down to Launching applications and unsafe files and change to Prompt then click OK
9)Click Trusted Sites and then Custom level
10)Scroll down to Launching applications and unsafe files and change to Prompt then click OK
11)Click Restricted Sites and then Custom level
12)Scroll down to Launching applications and unsafe files and change to Prompt then click OK
Install Cakewalk Platinum and then return Internet Settings to original. WORKED FOR ME!!!!
