For all of you who complain about the Insert correct CD-ROM error. After installation :

1. Go to the drive where you've mounted the image using Daemon tools or Nero or Roxio.
2. Go the DEVIANCE folder, and copy the file COD2SP_s.
3. Paste in the folder where you've saved the game, most probably C/Program Files x86/Activision.
4. COPY AND REPLACE, NOT COPY AND KEEP BOTH.
