4.if you have Game Ranger creat then start frst creat decitate :no end click start
then leave no game onli server then creat agen but decitate :LAN end when you start will come out end you se console then start ModernRcon v0.8 end you have quict connection:
Host- you ip adres on internet rcon password : you must put on console on game set rcon_password *123* end click enter end go agen on ModernRcon v0.8
put you ip adrees on internet ipv4 i think Host-example 192.168.2.3 rcon password is *123* click connect end you can cnahge map players kick ban mesage like admin
