what system windows you have? try this patch http://www.mediafire.com/download/5we7v3vxynbnq1f/TeknoMW3+PATCH+2.7.1.5.rar maybe you have wrong xuid / guid (alani launcher editor can edit ur guid maybe this fix it )

i downloading a new DLC ~ my old 1 , when i create new servers ~ start_map_rotate , my computer jump out close the program~wht is the problem ?
