Carbon Copy Cloner backups are better than ordinary backups. Suppose the unthinkable happens while you're under deadline to finish a project: your Mac is unresponsive and all you hear is an ominous, repetitive clicking noise coming from its hard drive. With ordinary backups, you'd spend your day rushing out to a store to buy a new hard drive and then sit in front of your computer reinstalling the operating system and restoring data.

With Carbon Copy Cloner, your data and the operating system's data are all preserved on a bootable volume, ready for production at a moment's notice. When disaster strikes, simply boot from your backup and get back to using your Mac. At your convenience, replace the failed hard drive and then let CCC restore the OS, your data and your settings directly from the backup in one easy step.

Any backup application can save your stuff. A CCC bootable backup will save your productivity too!

Thank You!!!
Easy easy, thank you
brilliant worked as promised thanks.
Doesn't work for me.
Sorry to hear that, what's happening?
Thx
"License Code Invalid" after using the patch, too...
I downloaded this and even used the patch and it kept saying it was a trial period and that the code was wrong and showed a trial period date
well maybe you should uninstall the previous version completely (including the prefs files) before installing this one...
Very possibly one of, if not the single most useful app you've so generously uploaded. Thank you a million x.
Even better than this there's Time Machine... but you'd need a Time Capsule ($$$) or an external HD...
True, & I do have an external HD. But I like the peace-of-mind provided by knowing I have multiple backups in the unfortunate event of shit hitting the fan.
we're never too cautious... I once erase my whole applications folder in one second, with a command line found online... I was pissed. Lucky for me, i had a Time Machine backup from 2 minutes before that. One restore, and boom things were fine.
