Ken Smith sez: This film shows the daily grooming rituals of three terrible child actors -- Fred, Billy, and tubby Virginia -- as it tries to encourage young viewers to keep their "living coat of armor" clean. Interspersed with shots of soapy washcloths and toenail clipping are XCU animation of sweat glands and skin pores, gruesome footage of kids with disgusting skin infections, and lots of shots of nude Fred as he takes his bath.
