Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 è il sequel dell'action game sviluppato da Mercury Steam per Konami.

Il gioco in primo luogo rappresenterà la chiusura della storyline riguardante Gabriel Belmont per porsi in maniera più oscura rispetto al primo capitolo, introducendo nella narrativa un pizzico di humor nero. In Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 la visuale non sarà più fissa ma si potrà regolarla liberamente.

Gabriel potrà utilizzare due armi speciali che richiamano il Vuoto e il Caos: la prima rigenera l'energia vitale a ogni attacco messo a segno, la seconda consente di distruggere scudi e armature dei nemici. Fra le abilità del vampiro ci sarà anche la capacità di controllare gli esseri umani, nonché di trasformarsi in nebbia per raggiungere zone altrimenti inaccessibili.
