You need a programme called Iso2God (I'm assuming your xbox is Jtagged ?) Just run the iso through iso2god which will give you a folder with an 8 digit number, you then need to put this folder onto your flash drive, transfer the flash drive to your xbox and then inject the folder from your flash drive into the contents/000000000000000 folder on your xbox hdd.
