All cars except NASCAR vehicles unlocked and fully upgraded. Save has 20.000.000 credits and 10K gold.

With this save you can still play online without ban, all class series for online race are unlocked. Level is 112 (almost).

Replace the character.dat file with this one, go to android, data, rr3, doc, and overwrite it here.

Works with modded version, haven't tried it with the original.
