The Argentine, begins as Che and a band of Cuban exiles (led by Fidel Castro) reach the Cuban shore from Mexico in 1956. Within two years, they mobilized popular support and an army and toppled the U.S.-friendly regime of dictator Fulgencio Batista.

Che - L'argentino è un film biografico del 2008 diretto da Steven Soderbergh, basato sulla vicenda del rovesciamento della dittatura cubana di Fulgencio Batista da parte di Ernesto Che Guevara, interpretato da Benicio Del Toro, e un gruppo di esuli cubani guidati da Fidel Castro, nel 1956. Il film è ispirato dal libro La Guerra Rivoluzionaria a Cuba scritto dallo stesso Ernesto Guevara.

Che - L'argentino è la prima di due parti dedicate alla figura di Che Guevara, la seconda Che - Guerriglia è sempre diretta da Soderbergh.

Che es una película biográfica de 2008, dirigida por Steven Soderbergh y protagonizada por Benicio del Toro en el papel principal. Trata sobre el revolucionario argentino Ernesto Che Guevara. Basada en dos escritos del Che: Pasajes de la Guerra Revolucionaria y Diario del Che en Bolivia.

La película está dividida en dos partes: Che, El Argentino (The Argentine) La primera parte se centra en la Revolución cubana, desde el momento en que Fidel Castro, Guevara y otros combatientes desembarcan en la isla caribeña, hasta que derrocan a la dictadura de Fulgencio Batista, dos años después.

Che: Guerrilla (Guerrilla). La segunda parte se enfoca en el intento del Che de crear una revolución en Bolivia y en el fracaso de su empresa.
