Cities XXL Patch 3 (UPDATES ONLY; xDelta Update)

PATCH # 3 Release Notes (26/02/2015):
General
- Fixed different types of crash.
- Fixed camera collision with the ground.
- Added VSync option.
- Added a hide/unhide button for the building filter panel.
- You can now move on the map with WASD or ZQSD.
- Various minor bug fixes.
Community
- Added a change note field before to upload a Workshop Item with the UGC Manager.

Prerequisite:
You must installed Update 2 (Patch #2) first.

Installation:
1. Start "Cities XXL - Update 3";
2. Browse to your game folder;
3. Click install;
4. Apply Crack, (only if you don't have crack yet; 3DM crack is provided)
5. Play and Enjoy!!!
