Quality wise, it's not a good rip. If you want a digital backup of your vinyl or something, I wouldn't pick this version.
Appreciate the effort, but maybe you should rip the album once again - either with a different tool/settings or in a different format.

I'm in doubt if this is truly 320kbps, seems as if it was upscaled.
iZotope RX2 shows me that most of the audio above 15kHz has been removed, which is usually the case with lower bitrates. Source?
