if using a WIN version other than XP -- like Vista, Win 7 and missing a wmvcore2.dll - find the file from your xp machine and copy into system directory. Just follow instructions and install 2.0 FIRST then upgrade. Read the README and it will work.

GREAT DOWNLOAD THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH IT IS THAT THE REGISTRATION KEY TO UPGRADE TO 2.1 IS STATING THAT IT IS EXPIRED AND IT LOCKS YOU OUT OF SAVING AN EDIT. ALL OVER THE PROGRAM WORKS LIKE A CHARM

go to "Cep 2.0" then "CEPSETUP.EXE"\n
after installation, click "Keep Evaluation Version.." then Exit\n
go back, run "CEP2REG.EXE" the insert the name and serial number in the "Serial.txt".\n
After registration, close the program, go to "Cep2.1" folder, run "cepsetup.exe"\n
Done!
