99.8% So, got it from Pirate Bay.

However it does seem to play ok at the 0.998 that has downloaded. No jumping etc. I'm seeding at 0.998 and I reckon lots more are showing as peers coz it won't go to 1.00. I'm using VLC and haven't played whole thing just tried a bit in several places and no skipping so just try it people. Copy it to another place rather than stop it uploading tho.

There is something very strange about this torrent. It keeps going to 100% and changes to green and seeding for 1 second and then changes back to downloading again. So far 325mb has downloaded and still going fast. I don't know what this is about and haven't seen it before but it's very weird. If anyone knows why let me know. Thanks

You can't be seeding it properly if there's only 0.998 available in uTorrent. It should show 1.0 when you seed a torrent not 0.998. That means someone is seeding it but they haven't got the whole file. If you have the whole file copy, paste and replace the file with the one you are seeding and it should be ok but at present it's not. Fast download however for the 0.998 of it! I am seeding it is Cops s26ep1.

so i googled cops s26e01 , got a link for another torrent site, clicked the magnetic link, it did a check then ended up in the complete section of uttorent. it appears to have been a file from TPB??.... it now says 100% for the tracker i just added, but the trackers here for KAT still say 99.8%

exactly same thing here TimoMajere.....99.8%...it was downloading at 900kbs, now downloading at .01 kbs.

From what I can see, this IS Cops.. but it stopped hard on 99.8% and hasn't moved a KB in an hour.
