Description

I want to welcome everyone to the free on-line automata course I have developed. First, I want to acknowledge the help of Zhu ChenGuang, without whose help I never would have been able to put these materials together. ChenGuang will be joining me as a "teaching assistant" for this course and will help in monitoring the class discussions. Both he and I will contribute comments when we think it is appropriate, but most of the time, students will resolve their own discussions.
