CraftBukkit Server 1.4.6.zip

Unzip the file, click on start_server.command to start the server then go to minecraft click add server type: localhost. Or if you want it online download port map (mac) (look screenshot). :)click by port map on the + and type above 25565 hit ad mapping, go to minecraft and add server ip: the ip is on portmap (what i have selected) copy that, past it in minecraft, there you go a minecraft bukkit server 1.4.6 :).
