This is a conversion of the PAL Russian R5 DVD9 to NTSC

I did 6 passes with CCE SP changing the resolution from 720x576 to 720x480 progressive.
Then I used DGPulldown to change the frame rate from 25 to 29.97. Then used virtual dub to
extract the audio from the STG & Adywan Xvid and used TMPGEnc DVD Author to author
my DVD.
