change Language to 'English' and Locale to 'en'.
go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SOFTWARE-Crytek-Crysis 2-1.0
change LanguageName to 'English'.
OR
go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SOFTWARE-Electronic Arts-EA Core-Installed Games-crysis2_eu1
and change lang to 'en'.
OR
Download the file http://www.filejumbo.com/Download/20CD855D9E61FEEF and add it to registry.
OR
Go to the installation folder (where you installed the game).
Open system.cfg file.
type g_language = English and save.
Launch the game and enjoy.
