Original archive is not mine. I just tweaked a bit the bookmarks (so they don´t mess with the zoom).
I know someone already uploaded it, but I think this version is a bit better (much less weight, ocr and usuable bookmarks).
I didn't uploaded the high quality maps, because they are already up there.
