Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition Monster Manual
With official errata v1.1 added to the specific pages (as Acrobat Reader sticky notes). I just took the only digital copy I found (not very good quality) and tweaked a bit the bookmarks (eliminate redundant ones and changed the zoom behaviour) and added the errata.
