It's a beautiful world, the light has never been brighter, but so too has the dark never felt so heavy. Skyward Mountain is a picturesque, calm town but here shades, creatures arising from the dark world of Noein, invade this world with the hungry purpose of consuming its vast soul energy. There are chosen girls however that are given the ability to command this power and with it may defend the world from darkness. Abigail and Bethanie, two high school girls, are brought into this war and both are granted with the seeds that sprout the great power of a daeva, but this power comes at a cost. Soon they discover that as these abilities sprout their lives are tangled up in a black crystalline foliage that blossoms over their very bodies and once the crystals complete the chrysalis enters deep into their diamond cores before they disappear. There are other deavas battling in this war, those of light and dark but who to trust becomes blurred as heavy pasts and betrayal cloud the scenario.
