play the file on VLC player,you can download it for free.DO NOT watch files on Windows Media Player - its archaic! This is a well known issue with NY2 (the person who created them) files.They NEVER play on Windows Media PLayer and certain devices.I do my own capping of files so its not an issue with RKSTR files
